WHO WE ARE

Who We Are

Community Covenant Church of the Methow Valley is located in the small town of Twisp, WA. in the foothills of the North Cascades mountain range. Our small town charm is part of what draws visitors to the Methow Valley.  We are also known to be one of the top recreational destinations in the United States.

We are an ever growing, friendly, loving, and diverse Christian community. Our church is comprised of some great families and friends who are ranchers, farmers, teachers, firefighters, and business owners, among others.
We have a strong congregation with a good balance of young and old who find that following Jesus Christ gives us a common bond of hope, joy, and purpose. We have a wonderful Sunday School program for infants thru 6th grade in addition to a variety of groups meet here weekly: Men's Breakfast, Bible Studies, "Bridge Youth Group" (grades 6-12), and MOYO (Mom's of Young Ones), just to name a few.

When you join us on Sunday mornings or visit one of our groups you will find a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Click on the "Connect" tab to find out how to get plugged in.

Our Roots

Our church began with a vision that this would be a place where all would be welcome to worship God, hear the Good News of his redeeming work and grow in faith and discipleship. We come from different ethnic, economic and cultural backgrounds to unite in the lifestyle and mission Jesus taught his followers to embrace.

Community Covenant is a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church, a denomination of nearly 750 churches and over 125,000 people in the United States and Canada. Swedish Lutheran immigrants founded it in 1885 as a voluntary covenant of churches committed to working together to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
